Common Insurance Questions
Many plans include some chiropractic benefits — but coverage is typically limited to basic adjustments, with visit caps and copays that vary widely by policy. Corrective and advanced care is often outside what insurance pays for. That’s why we don’t build your care plan around your coverage — we build it around your diagnosis, then show you exactly how the finances work.
Does insurance cover all your services?
No plan covers everything we do. Standard adjustments and some rehabilitative services may be covered; advanced services — such as spinal decompression, regenerative medicine, peptides, or specific laser protocols — often are not. That doesn’t change what your body needs; it changes how we structure the finances. Every cost is explained clearly at your report of findings, before treatment begins.
Do you bill insurance directly?
Yes. For covered services, we handle insurance billing on your behalf. You are responsible for your copay or coinsurance at the time of service — we take care of the rest.

Can I use my FSA or HSA card?
Yes. FSA and HSA cards are accepted like any other debit card. If you need an itemized receipt for reimbursement, just ask at the front desk.
When will I know what my care will cost?
At your report of findings — after Dr. Black has completed your evaluation and knows exactly what your condition requires. You’ll see your full care plan and its complete cost, in writing, before you commit to anything.
